five dolla. holla.

Goodwill bins. kinda gross but sometime worth accidently putting your hand on unexplainable liquids and/or stains.

Zinester's Guide to Portland:
You have to be in a special mood to go to the bins. Are you ready to get your hands dirty enough that touching your face could lead to certain death? Ready to punch your way out if you’ve got an exceptional find? Then you’re prepared for this amazing thrifting adventure. At the bins you can buy clothes for 1.50 per POUND, and other housewares and books for less than that. It takes a lot of digging (as there are actual 100 foot long bins of unsorted merchandise for you to look through), but at times you could find amazing things for insanely cheap prices. Watch out for the daring old women who race to the newest merchandise and will gladly knock you on the ground and step on your face if it can get them closer to that vintage mohair sweater!
