I would be surprised if you crafty gals didn't know about Spoonflower, but just in case, Lulu:books::Spoonflower:fabric.
There are a lot of REALLY bad designs on there and the website could be designed a lot better but it's a great idea and it's from NC and housed in an old mill. You've gotta love that.
